Transition offers Group & Personal Training.
We specialise in Triathlon Training, Run Training, Swim Training and
Outdoor Core / Strength Training, led by local professional triathlete
Rachel Challis. We also offer the benefit of private or group
childcare. Training Transition is for those of ALL levels of fitness.
Everyone trains at their individual level. On-line training is also
available.
